Chance came out and fully explained what needed to be done and why. Their bid was inline with others. The explanation of the science really stood out compared to other companies. The crew that arrived for the job were top notch and listened to my concerns. Very professional. Recommend, if it isn’t already obvious.

Arbor Image has trimmed my giant river birch twice now. The first time was 2 years ago and the first time we had someone look at it in the 5 years we have lived here. Then when the strong Oklahoma winds arrived our beautiful tree held up so well. All of the previously broken or ‘misplaced’ branches were gone and it was able to bend with the winds. This year Arbor Image just cleaned up some of the growth and lifted her canopy. Our beloved tree is beautiful and provides so much shade to our space.

Arbor Image was contracted to trim 2 45 plus year old oaks at my property. Crews arrived on time and completed the job with excellent professionalism and a clean work site when they left. Company does excellent horticulturally based work. They will be my main go to for future needs at other properties.

The crew arrived and got right to work. They used equipment to maintain low impact on the yard and had both of our trees trimmed in about 1 to 1.5 hours. The debris was cleaned up and the trees look great! This was all in an effort to improve heath after repeat storm damage and branches developing suckers, which didn't allow proper flow and began causing weight distribution issues.

I was immediately impressed by the consultation. I felt like Koree listened to my questions, and helped give me a good idea for what to prioritize for now vs. later. I also appreciate that when I told him that before agreeing to anything, I'd need to speak to my husband; and then after that he referenced us both (by name) when speaking to us and sending the quote. I appreciated that he didn't assume he could usurp my husband's input, but treated us as a team.

They came out to shape and improve the structure of some very mature trees on our property (8 trees). The work was well done, and the trees look as if they grew this way naturally. A few trees had some lower limbs that needed to be cut back, and it was important to me that it not look like a buddy with a chainsaw came and just made it work. I couldn't be happier with how our trees turned out. Not to mention, cleanup was impeccable. The crew were friendly and answered my questions.

We planned the scope of work in April, but wanted to wait until the trees were fully leafed out before trimming. We discussed planning for late May, however with so many storms we got pushed (understandably so--no issues with this) until the end of June. The only thing I would improve is that we had no window of when to expect our service until a week before they came. I wish we'd had a window, even if then we needed to be notified that it had to be moved.

The gentleman that came out to do the work or fantastic. Courteous, polite, and cautious about your property. They made sure that we were 100% pleased before they even left. After care of cleaning all of the yard house, sidewalks, etc. was outstanding. Highly recommend them.

The two arbor technicians who came to trim two trees and remove two shrub roots were polite, knowledgeable and made sure to check with me throughout the process. Extremely happy with the results and would certainly recommend!
