From the first visit to the finished work it was a great experience. They kept me updated on progress of scheduling. The employees that worked in my yard were great. Removed a tree, planted a new tree, and trimmed a butterfly bush that was very overgrown. Their clean up after completion of the work was excellent. Highly recommend.

Corey came out and quickly identified the types of trees we had and what problems they might be having. He was very knowledgeable. He explained their services, and the price was very reasonable, so we signed up. They have come out and treated out trees and bushes already once, taking time to explain what they were doing and why, and even pulled up a volunteer that was impinging on our crepe myrtle. They have promised to come out and trim our big river birch next month. Arbor Image is the fifth tree service we have worked with, and the first one we feel is competent and trustworthy.

Arbor Image Tree Care came out and understood our needs and had helpful recommendations. Their charges were all very well explained and fair. They notified us before coming out and had images of those doing our project. They did professional work checking to make sure we were pleased and did a great clean up job. Can't recommend them enough!

The initial consult was done by Koree. He was great! Not only super knowledgeable about the trees, but just fun to talk to. He clearly outlined the services they offer and what he would recommend. Koree even pointed out things I could do myself to save some money. He spent plenty of time answering all our questions and explaining "how trees work" without being condescending or talking down to us. He sent a follow up quote with pictures within an hour. We reached out asking for some changes to the quote which they happily provided very quickly. The team came out on time and prepared for the first treatment, did their thing with amazing efficiency and left making sure to close all the gates so our dogs were safe and sound. I'm looking forward to the time when the trees are ready for pruning and shaping so I can see what they do. Trees are crazy expensive, so it just makes sense to maintain them. Everyone I've talked to a Arbor Image is professional, polite and passionate about taking care of our trees.

I had an issue that my driveway got a bit scarred up from the tree removal, but Arbor image staff came through and worked on it twice To ensure that they took care of the issue and it’s almost as good as new! I Was really impressed with the work that they did, and I really appreciated the time and effort that they put into this! They have a great crew! Thank you, Arbor image!!!
